Every shipped order on Tribeca Grocery includes FREE Standard Ground Shipping across the continental United States. There are no surprise freight add-ons or threshold minimums — the price you see on the product page is your final shipped price.

Dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground with tracking provided on all shipments.
2. Local Warehouse Pickup (Instant In-Person Discounts)
If you are local to Long Island or the greater New York area, you can collect your order directly from our Hauppauge distribution facility. Because warehouse pickups eliminate carrier freight, we pass those savings directly back to you with an instant in-person walk-in discount (priced at wholesale cost + 30–40% markup).

3. Dedicated Local Truck Delivery ($24 Flat)
For bulk commercial orders within western Suffolk and eastern Nassau counties (ZIP prefixes 117 and 115), we offer dedicated local truck delivery for a flat fee of $24.00. This option appears at checkout automatically when your delivery address qualifies.
4. Order Fulfillment & Tracking
Orders are packed and dispatched on business days from our Hauppauge facility. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically as soon as your parcel is scanned out of the building.
