1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to inventory availability and acceptance. In the rare event an item is out of stock after order submission, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in US Dollars. Payments are charged at the time of order placement via Square. Sales tax is collected on taxable goods where required by law.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, Suffolk County.
